Sweet & Dark has something for everyone, no matter your tastes in MM erotica. These short stories run the gamut from sweet to taboo, and all are spicy. Mi Amor is the perfect opener for this collection; a tasty appetizer for the next stories, if you will. Call Me Alpha, the second short, was my first introduction to omegaverse. (Alpha, beta, omega…Oh my!) From there, Bell ups the ante on dark and explicit couplings. The erotica does not take a back seat to wonderfully complex characters and plots. Each unit in the stories are well-developed and the narratives kept me engaged.
I highly recommend Sweet & Dark to anyone who may be considering dipping their toes in MM subgenres beyond the typical contemporary romance. The love/lust components will grab you and the darker aspects will bewitch you.
